It was reported from PDF Battalion-4 (Eagle Force) of Thayet District that 3 policemen including 1 police station officer and 7 soldiers were killed in an attack of the PDF in Thayet District, Magway Region, in February.
On 20th February, Sinkaw police station in Thayet Township was fired and attacked by 40 mm grenades by joining with Thunder Guerrilla Force.
In addition, the Light Track car that came for reinforcements from Defense Product Production Forces (KaPaSa -12) was attacked with a mine, 3 policemen including 1 police station officer and 5 soldiers were killed.
Similarly, the Mindon checkpoint was bombed by a drone.
Ko Myat, an officer of the information and communication of Eagle Force said that
“Our battalion had conducted 7 military operations in February. One time there was an error. We published military statements together: 2 attacks on the police station, 1 attack on the checkpoint, 2 attacks on Defense Product Production Forces (KaPaSa -12), and 1 error in the attack on the Police Station”.
On February 15th, when KaPaSa -12 in Thayet were fired by two missiles, and one missile had exploded between two youth hostels, and no casualties have been reported yet.
“What we will continue to do is the same as what we did before. If we fire KaPaSa -12 by missiles, it was done strategically under the strategy and supervision of the Ministry of Defense. We will do what we can do within Thayet District,” he said.
On 9th February, the Alae Chaung District- Police Station in Mindon Township was attacked, and 2 soldiers were killed.
In the same way, one bomb was also dropped at the police station in Rayem village, Tharek.
