Ko AT from Kyauk Lone Gyi KLG Brigade said that the SAC bombarded Chaung Ma West Village with about 300 houses with two Yak-130 fighters, damaging three houses, including a school, and injuring one person on May 17, at around 3:00 p.m.
“They dropped bombs with their fighters, and only one person was hit, he’s not serious,” he said.
The school that was bombed had been closed for about a month.
Since May 11, there have been continuous clashes between the SAC troops and the People’s Defense Forces in Kani Township.
The People’s Defense Comrade reported that the village that was bombed was about five miles away from the area where the fighting was taking place, and they bombed it for no reason and opened fire with a machine gun.
