Khin U township Right News Information issued a warning this morning to the people of Khin U to stay away from the SAC troops column for at least five miles.

Khin U township Right News Information reported that due to the intrusion of gunfire into Yaukthwaraing village, the residents of Yaukthwaraing village as well as the nearby villages such as Alelsho, Kularlue, and Shar Lwin have fled.
“Until now, I haven’t heard of anyone burning the Yaukthwaraing. There is no arson, at least they could break into good houses in the village and loot the property. Now the people of Khin U are running all over the place,” he said.
On February 20th, the SAC troops entered the Aung Chanthar village by shooting, causing the nearby residents of Nyaung Pin Chan, Se Gyi, Kone Thar, Mayanin, and In Pat Village to flee.
The soldiers who arrived at the Kanbalu sugar factory in Khin U Township came near Pitaukkone village and the local residents had to flee.
According to the Khin U township Right News Information, there are many problems with food and shelter due to the large number of refugees fleeing the war.
On the evening of February 13th, 100 of SAC troops and Pyu Saw Htee (militias of SAC) stormed Letpanhla village in the southern part of Khin U Township, and a 70-year-old Buddhist nun was found burned to death in her home, the Khin U township Right News Information reported.
“The nun was too old and unable to run away, and because she was a nun, she was left behind after considering that she was not killed enough. As soon as the guys who were in the column returned to the city yesterday, we entered the village and found that she had been set on fire,” said a person helping to flee the war in Khin U Township.
Khin U township Right News Information reported that more than 250 public houses in Letpanhla village were destroyed by the military using firebombs and kerosene lighters.
It is known that from the time the SAC took power until February 15th, more than 4,000 houses in 66 villages were burned and more than 15,000 people were left homeless.
