It is reported that according to China’s mediation, the SAC seized the power and the three allied brothers EAOs will hold talks in Mongla.
Mongla News announced today on May 30, that the SAC seized the power and the three allied ethnic armed organizations (EAOs) will meet and discuss on June 1.
According to China’s mediation, the Arakan Army (AA), the Palaung (Ta`ang) National Liberation Army (TNLA), the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) that is a Konkan group and the SAC’s National Solidarity and Peace Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) are scheduled to discuss.
There has been no announcement from the alliance ethnic armed organizations regarding the negotiations with the SAC, and MPA has contacted the Arakan Army (AA), but has not yet received a reply.
The news has released that the representatives from relevant groups have arrived in Mongla to attend the talks, and Mr. Kaopawn, the Special Envoy for Foreign Affairs of Yunnan Province from the Chinese side, has also arrived in Mongla to attend the conference.
According to the announcement, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA), which is a Mongla group, will be responsible for the security and food and living of the delegates who will attend the conference.
