It is reported that 3 houses of PDF comrades from a village in Singu Township, Mandalay Region were burned down by the military council.
Bo Tiger Force reported that at 6 a.m. in the morning of 4th May, the homes of PDFs in Kyittoo Ywe village in Singu township, were burnt down by the SAC military troops stationed in the monastery of Hintharma village.
“A Pyusawhti leader’s house was set on fire, so the Pyu leader led the fire. The people in that village did not live longer. The people in the villages around Kyittoo Ywe Village did not dare to live either. About 3,000 people were fleeing the war. About 70 strong of military and the Pyu were stationed at Hintharma Monastery. They stayed here for about 1 month and patrolled to other villages and came back here. There’s no such thing as normal,” said a major Bo Tiger from the Tiger Force.
It is reported that around 3,000 residents of Hinthama, Myit Kanggyi, Thae Inn, Kyungyi, Kyuntaw village (Chauk Hla Kyuntaw) and Ywatha village (Ywatha Kyuntaw) near Kyittoo Ywe village, are fleeing the war.
At the night of May 3, the SAC soldiers stationed at Hintharma Monastery opened fire with heavy weapons, and it exploded inside Kyuntaw village, but the people in the village were fleeing the war and there were no casualties.
