According to the locals, 4 civilians were injured due to the shooting with the Mi35 helicopter by the SAC military, after the two camps of the SAC military were seized in Taze town, Shwebo District, Sagaing Region.
Yesterday (September 22), the SAC military launched an air attack at around 1:00 p.m. after the joint revolutionary forces occupied 2 military bases of the SAC.
It is investigated, “2 women aged 31 years old and 26 years old, a 35-year-old man and a 2-and-a-half-year-old, Mg Nay Thurain Oo, from Thakone village, were injured in the air attack by the SAC military, and the 2-and-a-half-year-old child is in critical condition”.
“They shot by a helicopter over the village of Attaw and Thaekon. I heard the sound of explosions and shooting. It shook me. I was fleeing to escape. ” said a local resident of Thaekone.
On September 22, the SAC military had built a docking station on the Kaboe – Taze – Kanhtooma road, and Taze People Defense Forces captured the 2 military camps were asking extortion money from pedestrians and drivers.
”We have to do what we have to do. Now we are fighting with the supervision of the district command. We are working with the instructions above. You can’t attack whenever we want. Please don’t travel in the city during these days, because the SAC military was seriously inured, so they can harm the people,” said a comrade from Taze Township’s People Defense Force.
Currently, an eyewitness told MPA that about 80 forces of the SAC troops and Pyusawhti (militimen) troops left to reinforce from Aungtha village, Ye-U Township, to Taze Township.
“It is said the camps were captured. Now the airstrike was coming. So, people started to flee. If we get one, we have to pay for one. They (SAC troops) only rely on air attack that they can. I heard that they are also coming to reinforce it by land. I am worried that the war will intensify and the fighting between the two sides will intensify. I can’t flee because of old age and I don’t know anything about it. I can flee with the help of others. If not so, I will have to stay,” said a resident of Taze.
On September 22, the SAC’s two camps in Taze were captured at 12:30 p.m. afternoon and heavy weapons, 14 small arms and more than 1,000 cartridges were seized.
