The District Court of Amarapura Township in Mandalay Region, as Aung Si Daw operation, was attacked by a bomb and a security policeman was killed and one was injured.
On March 22, at around 1:00 p.m., AST-MDY reported that a grenade was fired at the District Court of Amarapura Township, which is cooperating with the SAC Military and conducting illegal imprisonment.
The bomb fell around the compound of the Court. It hit 2 policemen who were providing security. Then soldiers and policemen arrived. The 2 injured people were taken away in the car they were riding in. The military lobby media reported that 1 policeman was killed and 1 was injured,” said a person in charge of the Aung Si Daw operation.
“As a result of the bomb attack, a policeman, San Oo, was killed and policeman Hla Khaing was injured,” the Military Lobby Channels reported.
The MPA could not confirm the police casualties yet.
On March 20, AST-MDY announced that 5 people, including the deputy commander, were injured in a bomb attack on the transport and communications office in Chan Ayethazan Township.
