According to Myingyan Black Tiger, there is only about 20 percent of the area under the dominance of the military in Yesagyo township.
“Even if the Military troops stationed in Yesagyo town patrolled around the town, they dared to patrol only if they sent advance checkpoint ahead,” said captain Myingyan Black Tiger, leader of the Myingyan Black Tiger group moving in Yesagyo township.
“The people oppose against every order they issue. The organizations also disobey the order they issue and fight them. No matter how many rules they impose on when and what not to go out, we will continue to do the work we have to do,” said Major Mike Khe.
It is reported that there are about 500 strong of soliders stationed at the police station, general administration office, hospital, military veteran office and monastery in Yesagyo town.
He also said that when the military troops are patrolling in the city, they use to patrol, driving the car quickly.
“They patrol in town, but they no longer patrol on motorcycles like before. They patrol on foot and by car. But they didn’t dare to go outside, and sent about 30 soldiers for advance patrol. The patrols are ambushed. There is only the concept of patrol,” he continued.
It is reported that about 70 percent of the military camps in Yesagyo town take a cover from the people because they are afraid of being attacked, and the remaining 30 percent are in bunkers and trenches which have been firmly built.
“For them, the battlefield is not going out of the camp, but inside the camp. Even if they go out in Yesagyo, they don’t dare to go out with four, five, or six people like before. They dare to go out with a force of 40, 50, and 100 strengths. Even so, they are still attacked by mines,” said Major Mike Khe.
It is reported that the PDF forces are strong in Yesagyo town, and if compared to the SAC military, it is in a position of about a four or third dominance in the town.
“I think that if the battle to take over the city starts, we can start it. But I still haven’t found the answer to why we haven’t fought yet. If we actually fight, there is a position that we can get. Another reason for not fighting is the concern about the air attack of the SAC. If they come up from Monywa, there is a situation where the plane will arrive here in 10 or 15 minutes,” he said.
It is said that the soldiers in Yesagyo town don’t dare to wear uniforms, but wear short pans like PDF, and only dared to wear a uniform only when they made a patrol.
