Myanmar Press Photo Agency – MPA Reporter Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun, who covered the news while the military attacked peaceful protestors by their vehicle in Panpingyi Street in Kyi Myin Daing Township, Yangon, has been prosecuted by the terrorist SAC under Section 50 (j) of the Anti-Terrorism Law, according to her lawyer.
A reporter from the Myanmar Pressphoto Agency (MPA), (Daw) Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun, was initially charged under Section 505(a).
On the morning of December 5, 2021, the anti-dictatorship strike was held at Panpingyi Street in Kyi Myin Daing Township, Yangon, while MPA Reporter (Daw) Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun and Photojournalist (Ko) Kaung Set Lin arrived for news, some troops under the terrorist SAC hit them with a car and arrested them, they suffered serious injuries and spent several days in the hospital.
According to her lawyer, MPA Reporter (Daw) Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun received medical treatment at Kyi Myin Daing police station for injuries sustained in the vehicle attack and was sent to Insein Prison on May 11, 2022.
(Daw) Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun was arrested after being hit by a car, and her arms, legs, and half of her face were severely injured, and it is known from the family that she used to walk with a wheelchair but is now able to walk with crutches.
Myanmar Pressphoto Agency – MPA Reporters (Daw) Hmue Yadanar Khet Moh Moh Tun and (Ko) Kaung Set Lin were arraigned for the first time in the Insein Prison Court on February 23, 2022, under Section 505(a) of the Penal Code for public mischief.
