It’s in the know of everyone that in recent days, a young man, a of Guerilla Force member, was arrested while he was trying to escape and handed over to police by some people after a hand-made bomb exploded at Yuzana Garden City Housing in Yangon.
On the evening of June 26, at building no. (16) on the 10th Street (A) of Yuzana Garden City Housing, news was circulating on social media that an explosion occurred while members of the Guerilla Forces were moving hand-made mines and killed one and the other injured one (2 according to some news outlets) was arrested “with the help of the ward residents”.
The young man allegedly said, “Just kill me!”
During the arrest, he was shouted at as “Thief”.
There’s a strategy which the regime has always used in arresting those who defy them – which is tagging people thieves, rapists, murderers, and so on – using the psychological basis of many people not accepting injustice, said a political activist who used to be arrested.
There were criticisms, condemnations, and enrages about the “people in the neighborhood” helping with the arrest.
When the noise abated and was quite calm, one Urban Guerilla Force stated that those who had arrested the four young men were 4 young men, the informants of the terrorist SAC in the neighborhood.
In this process, I noticed the fact of getting easily blood-boiling and the gullibility of trusting emerging news almost immediately.
Because of getting easily blood-boiling and gullible, I think that the coup terrorist SAC is making the people fight each other even without its false propagandizing Psy-war.
There are intentional traps that the military dictators plot to make the public easily blood-boiling and gullible.
Getting easily blood-boiling and gullible could lead into the trap set up by the military dictators.
The current coup military is a continuation of the former SLORC, SPDC.
We should be reminded that the previous military dictator governments have used intelligence to lengthen their evil power rules and applied Psy-war of spreading false propagandas to cause divisions among those who opposed them and democracy activists.
During the SLORC, SPDC era, especially the Military Intelligence (MI) was widely extended and employed.
I am reminded of one of the books of Australian researcher Andrew Selth in which he said there was one intelligence spy in every 20 students in universities and one intelligence spy in every 10 members of armed groups during the SLORC era, around 1991.
Free informants were also fostered in every neighborhood granting them privileges of running liquor stores without a license in addition to providing them with rice, oil and food supplies.
The same strategies might be employed now also.
In addition to free informants, Swan Ar Shin, Pyu Saw Htee, People’s Militias have already been formed.
In order to damage the image of the anti-military dictatorship revolution and to damage the dignity of the revolutionaries in various ways, plots and schemes will be seen.
During the plotted arrest of the largely respected, one of NLD top leaders, journalist Hantharwaddy U Win Tin, it was intentionally plotted and accused him of involving in an abortion just to tarnish the reputation of the journalist.
There have been multiple cases of false plots and imprisonments.
The public should not lose sight of the current terrorist military leaders who are the generations of former military dictator U Than Shwe and former Chief of Military Intelligence U Khin Nyunt.
It’s suggested and warned that people do not get easily blood-boiling and gullible about the false news of people’s soldiers, revolutionary comrades and guerilla force members.
These days, thanks to the benefits of technology, it’s an era where the public themselves are half journalists.
The reason the 2007 Saffron Revolution was widely known internationally was mainly thanks to the efforts of the public journalists.
Later, the term CJ (Citizen Journalist) came into existence in history, didn’t it?
When it comes to news, one has to apply assessment if he or she is a journalist.
Only then can the true facts be known.
The public also ought to apply assessment to differentiate between revolutionary comrades, guerilla force members and terrorist military informants.
Therefore, it is suggested that the public not fall into the trap of getting easily blood-boiling and gullible, and apply assessment and examination.
