SAC’s army dropped two 500-pound bombs on Kutkai city, Northern Shan state by Jet fighter around 2:00 PM 7 August (today), again.
According to a local woman, the bombs hit Kutkai city police station and a former military strategic base but no one got injured.
“No one got injured. The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) is currently camping in the strategic base. Some nearby houses of the police station were damaged slightly. But we don’t know the exact number yet,” she told MPA.
Similarly, 400 shops from Myoma market burned down as well as 6 civilians died and 12 injured due to airstrikes launched by SAC’s army on 5 August.
TNLA and its allies captured Kutkai city on 7 January 2024 in the first phase of Operation 1027.
