According to some local residents, an explosion caused a fire in trucks at Kyin San Kyawt Truck Station, Muse Border Town, Northern Shan State, which is the main trade zone between China and Myanmar.
The fire started at 9:00 a.m. on November 23, and junta soldiers were stationed inside Kyin San Kyawt Truck Station, some local residents said.
Some locals say that the truck fire was caused by drone bombing, while others say that it was heavy weapons.
“Trucks are on fire. It’s not clear if it was caused by heavy weapons or others. It can’t be burning by itself. It’s still burning,” a local said at around 11:00 a.m.
Around 16 trucks were on fire, and the fire had not yet been extinguished as of 11 o’clock this morning, he said.
“The battle happened last night. I heard of it. I don’t know why it’s burning now. It’s all smoke. The fire doesn’t stop. They are the trucks from Myanmar,” said a resident of Muse.
