For more than 60 years, three generations have had to struggle through the darkness of successive dictators. The people of Myanmar have left behind in everything as human beings, but they have mastered the art of dictatorship and so-called politicians from their blood.
During the time of the first dictator, when General Ne Win took off his uniform and wore his turban (Burmese Turban), and handed over power to U Ne Win, the people of Myanmar knew very well that it was not something to palpitate, as they had already seen how shameless the dictators were when it came to their power.
In the hands of military dictators who believed that if they knew how to shoot a gun, they could do anything, not only the colors of Myanmar, which shone goldenly, gradually fade, the people of Myanmar learned in their lives that it had descended into hell as the world’s poorest country. The people of Myanmar also knew that in a country ruled by dictators, they would suffer only all kinds of trouble.
Before the four-eight uprising, U Aung Gyi (former Brigadier General Aung Gyi), came to public attention with a 41-page document that clearly criticized the current economy of Myanmar, immediately after hearing the speech “Don’t sin against the Tatmadaw even in your mind, “the people of Myanmar gave him the nickname Samusa Aung Gyi and excluded him as a national leader without exception.
The people of Myanmar have marked U Aung Gyi in their hearts that he was inseparable from the dictator. After U Aung Gyi was forced to resign as chairman of the NLD Party, he founded the Union National Democratic Party and contested the 1990 election, but was defeated heavily and had to leave the political world.
According to late information, U Aung Gyi participated in requesting international aid for the continuation of the coup regime even when he was in charge of the NLD Chairman. This testifies to the fact that the people of Myanmar called Samusa Aung Gyi and defined him as inseparable from dictators.
The people of Myanmar, who were subjected to all kinds of severe oppression during the reign of the second dictator Than Shwe, kept and nurtured the flower of democracy that bloomed in their hearts without let dying or withering.
Even though they experienced political magic during the second dictatorship, they did not believe the stories easily and laughed at them. The nominal 88th-generation students who were the people of dictators came out, but the people of Myanmar did nothing special.
After that, it was the Union Solidarity and Development Party – USDP, which was established by the second dictator. They spread propaganda that only the USDP could lead to a country of democracy, but it was as if they were feeding the people of Myanmar with laughing medicine.
Some people who showed their defiance to get for democracy knelt down to the Coup Military group, then got five or ten cents of arbitrary power, but people don’t think that they have to put it in their heads as well as they were not surprised.
They already know why some of the ceasefire ethnic armed organizations said that they would only solve it through political means. Those who are trying to enter the latest illegal election to be held by the SAC, say again that it is because they want to solve the political problem by political means. The people of Myanmar have no choice but to reply that they are only digging their own graves.
The People already have the ability to remove any mask easily, based on more than 60 years of experience. Already have the ability to easily distinguish between right and wrong. If the people of Myanmar are underestimated, they will surely make a huge mistake.
Also, they would need to remember that the People are the iron fists in velvet gloves.
