The military launched an airstrike on Naung Cho, a town controlled by TNLA, reportedly destroying five homes at midnight while residents were asleep.
On September 14, around midnight, the military dropped three destructive 500-pound bombs on South Ward and Shwe Mudaw Pagoda in Naung Cho, Northern Shan State, according to the TNLA report on September 16.
TNLA also stated that on September 15, the military conducted an airstrike on a Ward in Naung Cho, injuring a woman and damaging civilian homes and buildings.
TNLA reported that the military junta has been launching airstrikes daily, targeting civilian areas in TNLA-controlled towns: Kutkai, Namhsan, Mantong, Hsipaw, Kyaukme, Naung Cho, and Namkham, committing blatant war crimes.
