ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်များက စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်များ ဖွင့်လှစ်လိုက်ကြောင်း သတင်းများထုတ်ပြန်အပြီးတွင် မြောင်မြို့နယ်သို့ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်က စစ်အားတိုးချဲ့မှုများ ပြုလုပ်လာကြောင်း သိရသည်။
မြောင်မြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ ဒေသခံကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များက ဒီဇင်ဘာလ၄ရက်နေ့တွင် စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်များ ဖွင့်လှစ်လိုက်အကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်အပြီးတွင် အချို့က မြောင်ဒေသကို လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေအဖြစ် ဖော်ပြမှုများ ရှိခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
ယင်းနောက် ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၅ ရက် (ယနေ့)တွင် မြောင်မြို့နယ်အတွင်းသို့ မုံရွာမြို့မှတစ်ဆင့် ချင်းတွင်းမြစ်ကြောင်းမှ စစ်ကြောင်းတစ်ခုနှင့် မြောင်ရဲစခန်းမှ ကျောက်ရစ်နယ်မြေရဲစခန်းသို့ ဦးတည်ထွက်လာသည့် ခြေလျင် စစ်ကြောင်းတစ်ခုဖြင့် အင်အားများ ထပ်မံဖြည့်တင်းနေလာကြကြောင်း သိရသည်။
မြောင်မြို့နယ်မှ ဒေသခံကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် မြောင်မြို့နယ် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့ (CDSOM)မှတာဝန်ရှိသူက “အင်အားဖြည့်လာကြတာတော့ ဟုတ်ပါတယ်။ အခုထိတော့ လှုပ်ရှားတာ မရှိသေး ပါဘူး။ မနေ့ကတက်လာတဲ့ သတင်းတွေအပေါ် အခြေခံပြီး အင်အားဖြည့်တင်း လာကြတာပါ” ဟုပြောသည်။
စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊မြောင်မြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ မြို့သို့ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာရာ လမ်းကြောင်းများ ဖြစ်သည့် ကားလမ်း ကြောင်းနှင့် ရေလမ်းကြောင်းများတွင် စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်များ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး စစ်ဆေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မြောင်မြို့နယ် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့ (CDSOM)က သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ပြီးနောက် လူမှုကွန်ရက် စာမျက်နှာအချို့တွင် မြောင်မြို့နယ်ကို လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေသဘောမျိုးဖြင့် ရေးသားဖော်ပြ ခဲ့ကြခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
အဆိုပါ ကိစ္စနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး CDSOMမှတာဝန်ရှိသူက “ ဒေသအလိုက်သတင်းတွေဆိုတာ ဒေသတွင်းမှာ ရှိနေတဲ့ လူတွေထက်တော့ ပြင်ပက လူတွေ သိမနေနိုင်ပါဘူး ဆိုတော့ တိကျမှန်တဲ့ ပကတိအရှိကို အရှိတိုင်း လေးသာ သတင်းတွေအဖြစ် စီးဆင်းတာက သင့်တော်ပါလိမ့်မယ် လိုတာထက်ပိုပြီး ဖောင်းကားလာအောင်တော့ မဖွမိစေဖို့ မေတ္တာရပ်ခံချင်ပါတယ်” ဟု ဆက်ပြောသည်။
ဒီဇင်ဘာလ၄ ရက် ညနေပိုင်းကလည်း မုံရွာဘက်မှ ချင်းတွင်းမြစ်ကြောင်းအတိုင်း မြောင်သို့ အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်တပ်မှ စစ်အင်အားအချို့ ဆင်းလာပြီး မြောင်မြို့နယ် ချင်းတွင်းမြစ်ကမ်းတလျှောက်ရှိ ကျေးရွာများအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်လာသဖြင့် ဒေသခံပြည်သူများ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်နေရကြောင်း သိရသည်။
မြောင်မြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ ဒေသခံကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များအနေဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်နှင့် လက်အောက်ခံ တပ်ဖွဲ့များကို နည်းလမ်း အမျိုးမျိုးဖြင့် တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်း၊ ဒလန်ရှင်းလင်းခြင်းများသာမက မြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ နယ်မြေများတွင် စစ်ဆေးအရေးယူမှုများအထိ ဆောင်ရွက်လာနိုင်သော်လည်း လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေ အဖြစ် မရောက်ရှိသေးကြောင်း ဒေသခံကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များထံမှ သိရသည်။

Due to Narratives of Liberated Area, Terrorist Military Reinforces Forces in Myaung

After announcements that the people’s defense forces have opened check points, the terrorist military has expanded their forces and troops in Myaung township.
After the local defense forces from Myaung township announced to have opened check points on December 4, some described Myaung region as a liberated area.
After that on December 5, there were reinforcements with one from Chindwin voyage through Monywa city into Myaung township and another via foot from Myaung police station to Kyaukyit police station.
An official from a local defense group of Myuang township, Myaung Township People’s Defense and Secutiy (CDSOM), said, “Yes, they are reinforcing. No activities thus far. They are reinforcing based on the news that emerged yesterday’.
After the CDSOM reported that they were going to open check points at the entrances and exits of lands and waterways of Myaung townshi of Sagaing region, there were some narratives on social media calling Myaung township as a liberated land.
Regarding the issue, a CDSOM official continued, “As it’s a local news, the outsiders cannot know more than those in the area itself.
So, it will be most proper that news go out as accurately as they are. I’d like to request to not exaggerate more than it really is”.
On December 4 evening also, some terrorist military troops came down along Chindwin River from Monywa city, went through villages along the Chindwin shore and the villagers had to escape.
Even though the local defense forces have fought against the terrorist military and their confidants, cleared their informants and carried out checks and taken actions in various ways, the land has not yet reached a status of liberation, according to the local defense forces.
