ကိုဂျင်မီကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ ၎င်းတိမ်းရှောင်ရာ နေအိမ်တစ်ခုတွင် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်က မတရား ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ကာ ဖမ်းဆီးခံရပြီး ၁၇ ရက်ကြာမှ ယခုကဲ့သို့ သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်လာခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။
ကိုဂျင်မီကို AK 47 သေနတ် ၆ လက်၊ M 16 သေနတ် ၈ လက်၊ ၁၂ ဗို့ သေနတ် ၂ လက်၊ တူမီးသေနတ် ၁ လက် ကျည်အိမ် ၁၈ ခုနှင့် ဖမ်းဆီးရမိခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည်။
ကိုဂျင်မီသည် အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ ၏ နိုင်ငံရေးနှင့်လုံခြုံရေး အကြံပေးတာဝန်ယူထားပြီး အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ငန်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်နေသူဖြစ်ကြောင်း အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်က စွပ်စွဲထားသည်။
ကိုဂျင်မီကို ပြီးခဲ့သည့် အောက်တိုဘာလ၂၃ရက်နေ့ ညပိုင်းတွင် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်က ၎င်းတိမ်းရှောင် နေသည့် ဒဂုံမြို့သစ်မြောက်ပိုင်းမြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ ပင်လုံအိမ်ရာတွင် ပစ်ခတ်ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အဆိုပါအိမ်ရာအနီး နေထိုင်သူအချို့၏ ပြောဆိုချက်အရ စစ်တပ်က မတရားဖမ်းဆီးစဉ် ကိုဂျင်မီသည် ဦးခေါင်းဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ကိုဂျင်မီဖမ်းဆီးခံရပြီး တစ်ရက်အကြာ အောက်တိုဘာလ ၂၄ရက်နေ့တွင် ဖမ်းဆီးစဉ်က ရရှိသော ဒဏ်ရာများကြောင့် မင်္ဂလာဒုံစစ်ဆေးရုံတွင် ဆေးကုသမှုခံယူနေကြောင်း သတင်းများ ထွက်ပေါ်ခဲ့သည်။
ထို့ပြင် အဆိုပါဒဏ်ရာများနှင့် ဖမ်းဆီးနှိပ်စက်မှုကြောင့် ကိုဂျင်မီသေဆုံးပြီဆိုသည့် သတင်းများလည်း ထွက်ပေါ်ခဲ့သေးသည်။

Terrorist SAC Accuses 88th Generation Student Leader Ko Jimmy of Terrorist Activities

The terrorist military which took the state power has accused Ko Kyaw Min Yu (Ko Jimmy), the 88th Peace and Open Society leader, of doing terrorist activities, on November 7 evening, through the terrorist military-owned media.
Ko Jimmy was unjustly arrested by the terrorist military at a home he was escaping at and this announcement came after 17 days of arrest.
It was reported that Ko Jimmy was arrested along with 6 AK 47 guns, 8 M16 guns, 2 12-volt guns, 1 single-shot arm and 18 bullet cases.
The terrorist military accused that Ko Jimmy took the role of advisor for politics and security of the National Unity Government and was doing terrorist activities.
Ko Jimmy was arrested by the terrorist military at a house he was escaping at Pinlong housing in the north of Dagon Myothit township on October 23.
According to some who live around the housing, Ko Jimmy sustained injuries on the head while he was unjustly arrested by the military.
On October 24, a day after being arrested, Ko Jimmy was receiving medical treatment at Mingaladon military hospital for the injuries he sustained during the arrest.
Plus, there were even news that Ko Jimmy died from torture injuries.
It has been learnt that Ko Jimmy will be sued on the 2014 anti-terrorism law, the Penal Code section 124, unlawful associations act, weapons act and explosive substances act, in addition to the Penal Code section 505(a).
