စစ်ကောင်စီလက်အောက်ခံ အနောက်မြောက်တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ် ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်ဖြိုးသန့် အနေဖြင့် ၄င်းကွပ်ကဲမှုတိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ်နယ်မြေအတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များ အများအပြားအထိနာ သေဆုံးခဲ့ခြင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ တာဝန်ရှိသည်ဟု ဆိုကာ ၄င်း၏တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများအား ခေတ္တဆိုင်းငံ့ခံထားရကြောင်း စစ်တပ်အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းထံက သိရသည်။
အဆိုပါ စစ်တိုင်းမှူး ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခံရပြီး စစ်ကြောရေးတွင်သေဆုံးသွားသည်ဟု သတင်းများထွက်ပေါ်နေခဲ့ပြီးယင်းသို့သတင်းထွက်ပေါ်မှုမှာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ဖွယ်မရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
” ကျနော်တို့အဆင့်နဲ့တော့ ဒီဖြစ်စဉ်ကိုသေချာမသိနိုင်ဘူး။ စစ်တပ်မှာတော့ ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်အဆင့်ဆိုရင် သောတာပန်တည်ပြီးပြီလို့ သမှုတ်ကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီအဆင့်နဲ့အထက်က ဖမ်းဆီးစစ်ဆေး တယ်ဆိုတာ မရှိသလောက်ဘဲ။သူတို့(စစ်ကောင် စီ)ခိုင်းတာမလုပ်နိုင်ဘူးလို့ပြောတာ၊အမိန့်မနာခံတာ၊ပုန်ကန်တာဆိုရင် တမျိုးပေါ့။ သူကိုင်တွယ်ပုံညံ့တာတခုထဲဆိုရင် တာဝန်ရှိမှုလောက်နဲ့ ထုတ် ပယ်တာလောက်က အပြင်းထန်ဆုံးဖြစ်နိုင်တယ် ” ဟု နမခနယ်မြေအတွင်း စစ်တပ်အရာရှိတဦးက သုံးသပ်ပြောဆိုသည်။
ထို့ပြင် အဆိုပါဖြစ်စဉ်တခုလုံးတွင် စစ်တိုင်းမှူး အပြင် အဆင့်လိုက်တာဝန်ရှိပြီး ယင်းဖြစ်စဉ်မျိုး ဖြစ်ပွားပါက စစ်တိုင်းမှူး၏ လက်အောက်ရှိ အနီး ကပ်ကွပ်ကဲသည့် တပ်မမှူး၊ ဒကစမှူး၊ စကခမှူး အဆင့်ရှိသူများကိုပါ ဖမ်းဆီးလေ့ရှိ ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
“ ဒီဖြစ်စဥ်မျိုးဖြစ်လို့ သူ့မှာတာဝန်ရှိလို့ ဖမ်းဆီးတယ်ဆိုရင်တောင် သူ့အောက်မှာ ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ် ၃ ယောက်လောက်ရှိတယ်။ တပ်မမှူး၊ ဒကစမှူး၊ စကခမှူးတွေပါ ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းရမယ့်အခြေ အနေမျိုး။ ခုက သူ့ရဲ့ တိုင်းမှူးလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်တွေကို ဆိုင်းငံ့ပြီး ကစထမှူးတွေဝင်ကိုင်တဲ့သဘောမျိုး ။” ဟု ၄င်းက ဆက်လက်ပြောဆိုသည်။
လက်ရှိတွင် နမခစစ်တိုင်းအတွင်း စစ်ဆင်ရေး များအား ကက(ကြည်း)၊ ကစထ-၁ မှူး ဒု-ဗိုလ် ချုပ်ကြီး တေဇကျော်နှင့် ကစထ-၆ မှူး ဒု-ဗိုလ် ချုပ်ကြီး သန်းလှိုင်တို့ ဦးစီး၍ ထိုးစစ်ဆင်နေ ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
နမခတိုင်းမှူး ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်ဖြိုးသန့်သည်အောက် တိုဘာလ ၄ ရက်နေ့တွင် စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ ယင်းမာပင်မြို့နယ်ရှိ စစ်မှုထမ်းဟောင်း တွေ့ဆုံပြီး လုံ ခြုံရေးအတွက် စစ်မှုထမ်းဟောင်းများ ဦးဆောင်သည့် ပြည်သူ့စစ်အဖွဲ့များ ဖွဲ့စည်းရေး ပြောဆို၍ စည်းရုံးရေးနေကြောင်း ခေတ်သစ်သတင်းဌာနတွင် သတင်းဖော်ပြထားကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အဆိုပါ အနောက်မြောက်တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ် တိုင်း မှူး ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ် ဖြိုးသန့် ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခံရပြီး သေဆုံးခြင်း ရှိ/မရှိအား MPAအနေဖြင့် သီးခြားအတည် ပြုနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိသေးပါ။
အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး မင်းအောင် လှိုင် စစ်တပ်ကိုတာဝန်ယူသည့် ၂၀၁၁ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်း စစ်တပ်အတွင်း ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်အဆင့် အထက်အရေးယူမှုတွင် ရခိုင်ဒေသအတွင်း ရိုဟင်ဂျာများအစုလိုက်ပစ်သတ်ခံရမှုနှင့် ပတ် သက် ၍ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် စစ်တိုင်းမှူးတာ ဝန်ယူခဲ့သူ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် မောင်မောင်အုန်းနှင့် တပ်မမှူး ၂ ဦး ထုတ်ပယ်ပြစ်ဒဏ်ဖြင့် အရေးယူခံခဲ့ရကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ထို့ပြင် ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်အဆင့်အထက် ပြင်းပြင်း ထန်ထန် အရေးယူမှုတွင် ၄င်းတို့၏အမိန့်မနာခံ သည့်ဖြစ်စဥ်များသာဖြစ်ပြီး ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး သန်းရွှေလက်ထပ်အတွင်း အဆင့်မြင့်တာဝန် များ ရယူခဲ့ပြီး ဦးသိန်းစိန် အစိုးရ လက်ထပ်တွင် အရေးယူခံခဲ့ရသည့် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် လွန်းမောင် နှင့် ဒု- ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီး ဆန်းဆင့်ဖြစ်စဥ်မျိုးသာရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း တပ်အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းထံက သိရသည်။

Despite News of NaMaKha Regional Commander Dead; Far from Being True, he’s Campaigning for Forming People’s Militias

The Northwest regional military headquarters’ major general Phyoe Thant was rumored to have been temporarily suspended from duty and held responsible as great casualties, dead and injured, have been suffered by the SAC soldiers in the areas under his supervision, according to the military community.
Rumors that the major general was arrested and died in the interrogation sessions were far from being true.
“We can’t know for sure this process with our level. In military, major general level is regarded well-established.
There’s almost no interrogation for such level. It’d be a different story if he said he didn’t want to do what the SAC asked to, to disobey, or to rebel. In terms of his poor supervision only, firing him on responsibility would be the heaviest penalty”, a military officier in naMaKha area expressed his opinion.
Plus, in this whole situation, if this kind of issues occur, those major general level commanders under the regional commander are usually arrested along with him.
“Even if this kind of issue did occur, even if he was arrested on responsibility, there are about three major generals under him. The brigade commander and other commanders would be detained too. Now, it looks like he’s been suspended from his duty and the other commander takes his place,” he continued.
Currently, the military operations in NaMaKha Sagaing area are led by KaKa (Army), lieutenant general Tay Za Kyaw of KaSaHta 1 and lieutenant general Than Hlaing of KaSaHta 6.
NaMaKha regional commander major general Phyoe Thant was described by Khit Thait Media to be lobbying the military veterans to form a people’s militia, for taking up security, in Yin Mar Pin township of Sagaing region on October 4.
MPA has not been able to confirm whether the Northwest military headquarters regional commander, major general, Phyoe Thant was arrested, died or not.
Since the coup leader senior general Min Aung Hlaing took in charge of the military in 2011, in terms of action-taking on those with major general level: Rakhine State regional commander general Maung Maung Ohn and two brigadier commanders were fired for the massacres of Rohingya people.
In addition, in terms of serious action-taking on those with chief major general position, there are only cases of rebelling their commands and only cases of general Loon Maung who took high responsibilities in senior general Than Shwe era and was taken action against in U Thein Sein government and lieutenant general San Sint, according to the military community.
